Enjoy a sleek, intuitive button layout that provides easy access to all Asset Tracer functions. Navigate seamlessly to manage your items with just a few clicks. You can easily change the sort order for each column by clicking its header. This will toggle between ascending (A to Z) and descending (Z to A) order. Click the Reset button to start, the screen will go blank: Let's get started. Clicking the Show All button will display to show a list list of all the items in your collection. Clicking the Available Button will restrict the display to show only those items that have not been Mothballed or are not available, this screen will look very much the same as the Show All screen, however it will not show the Mothballed items if any. Clicking the Mothballed button will restrict the display to show only items that have been marked as not available. If you make a selection from one of the drop down lists it will be necessary to click the Show All, Available or Mothballed button to see the result.. Clicking the Status button will toggle the Status of a selected item to change between Available and Not Available (Mothballed). Clicking the New Entry button opens up the New Entry form where you can enter details of the new item, the yellow fields are drop down lists from which the required detail can be selected. Double-clicking the grey box at the start of an item line opens the image and description screen, allowing you to enter or edit details for the selected item. The Configure screen stores your company address details. It is also where you can enter the Registration No. to licence the program. The Label Entry form makes it possible to change the labels for the columns in the main screen. The program was originally designed for a Firearms dealer, as a result the sample date relates to guns. By entering you own label headings you can make them relevant to your needs. For example; you may be cataloguing books in which case you might want to have a column for the Title or the ISBN No or the Author. Clicking the Data Tables button opens the Data Tables screen, here you can enter or edit the raw tables if required.
